So, we’ve been open for almost 20 years, and we see patients from 95 to 5. And people that have been coming to us when they were 5, now they’re in college, or they have their own kids, and they still come to us. And I feel like that really says something, because they trust us, and that the next generation is trusting us as well. So, I love to see the family aspect coming in, because we’re able to help them as a whole.
At our office, we’re usually recommending seeing kids coming in at around 5. At that stage, we’re able to get x-rays, we’re able to talk to them, do a full cleaning. Also, before then, if they’re coming with their parents, we like to bring them in a few times before that, and we’ll give them a toy, or let them feel comfortable, because the biggest plan is for them to feel comfortable at the dental office for a lifetime, not just one time. So we’re trying to set them up for a lifetime of success with oral health.
